Training
A key element of the package is the training provision that will consist of two days, one day on site customising data base, bedding it into existing systems as part of a stand alone operation or deployed on a server. The second days training is again an one site activity and consists of a practical demonstration of the programme as well as inputting part of Action 1 activities.
On site training days will be arranged on a site by site basis .

Support and Pricing
ActiveIT support system is provided through its web site and consists of dedicated help line, FAQ section and an on- line manual. The web site is the primary point of contact between ActiveIT and it's customers, there are three levels of support available to customers:

  • level one is the on line manual and problem sorting section;
  • level two involves e-mail contact detailing the problem or issue – we guarantee all users that queries will be responded to within 24 hours;
  • level three involves the e-mailing of the database to ActiveIT where any technical issue will be identified and resolved.
    As part of the maintenance contract, all projects are entitled to one site visit. All other site maintenance visits where the issue is a user input problem will be subject to a callout charge € 90 for the first hour and € 60 for each subsequent hour, subject to annual increase.
  • Total cost of EPIC Applicationover the lifeof the project is €3025 excluding VAT
EQUAL Programmes that require more than one system will require a multiple site licence and a multiple site maintenance contract, pricing subject to negotiation. Rate

The Access Expert can be hired on a daily rate to provide support, training or general database maintenance.
Alternatively we can quote on the price of a standalone project.
